What is Google Voice?
Voice provides calling, messaging, and voicemail features for eligible accounts. Personal and organization-managed Voice setups have different availability and administration. The web app shows the number and communications associated with the selected account.
Open the right destination
Use the account associated with the work you want to open. If Google selects another account automatically, switch using its profile menu. Complete the destination’s identity checks and any required account setup.

- Confirm that the account has the Voice number you expect.
- Review call settings and browser microphone permissions.
- Place a suitable test call and check voicemail or messages as needed.
A practical way to use Google Voice
Keep track of which number is used for which purpose. For a work deployment, ask the administrator about the organization’s configuration rather than changing personal forwarding settings in an unrelated account.
Troubleshooting
You see setup instead of your number.
Check whether the number belongs to a different Google account or a managed Workspace account. Availability and assignment depend on the type of Voice service you use.
Common questions
Can everyone with Gmail get the same Voice service?
No. Availability, features, and setup requirements depend on region and whether the service is personal or organization-managed.
Why does the direct link still ask me to sign in?
The shortcut reaches the application entry point. It cannot carry your Google session between browsers, grant permissions, or bypass verification. Follow the sign-in instructions on the destination service.
Do I need an account with The Login Link?
No. This directory does not require registration. The Open button takes you to the service; any account credentials are entered there.
