What is Google Maps?
Maps helps you find places and plan routes. Signed-in features add saved places and account-linked activity, while public place searches and directions can be used directly. Business listing management belongs to Business Profile, even though customers encounter those listings in Maps.

For an appointment, confirm the exact entrance and address rather than only the business name. Route estimates and opening information can change, so review them close to your departure time.
Troubleshooting
A saved place is missing.
Check the selected account and saved lists. If a public business listing is wrong, use the appropriate suggestion or business-management workflow rather than editing an unrelated saved note.

Is Maps the tool for managing my business listing?
Customers find your business in Maps, but owners should use the Business Profile management workflow for their authorized profile.
Do I have to sign in first?
Public access and account features are different. Start with the Open button; if your chosen action needs an account, the destination will prompt you there.
Do I need an account with The Login Link?
No. This directory does not require registration. The Open button takes you to the service; any account credentials are entered there.
