What is Vertex AI?
Vertex AI is the familiar former name of the platform now documented by Google as Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. This guide keeps the older name to help people find their existing machine-learning and generative-AI workspace. The console operates within a Cloud project and can involve regional resources. Model availability and the permission needed for an action depend on the selected service and setup.
Open the right destination
Use the account associated with the work you want to open. If Google selects another account automatically, switch using its profile menu. Complete the destination’s identity checks and any required account setup.

- Choose the project and relevant location.
- Open the model or service appropriate to the task.
- Review access, usage configuration, and the intended deployment or request before proceeding.
A practical way to use Vertex AI
Separate experiments from production resources and keep evaluation examples with the project. When comparing model outputs, record the model identifier and settings so results can be meaningfully reproduced.
Troubleshooting
A model or operation is unavailable.
Check project permissions, service enablement, supported location, and any model-specific requirements. Consumer Gemini access does not establish Cloud access.
Common questions
Is this the same as AI Studio?
No. Vertex AI uses Google Cloud’s project and service environment. AI Studio is a separate developer entry point; credentials and configuration should match the API you use.
Why does the direct link still ask me to sign in?
The shortcut reaches the application entry point. It cannot carry your Google session between browsers, grant permissions, or bypass verification. Follow the sign-in instructions on the destination service.
Do I need an account with The Login Link?
No. This directory does not require registration. The Open button takes you to the service; any account credentials are entered there.
