What is Google Home?
Google Home’s web experience provides supported views and controls for a configured home. It complements the mobile app, where many setup and management tasks take place. Which devices and actions appear depends on the home, account, and current web support.
Open the right destination
Use the account associated with the work you want to open. If Google selects another account automatically, switch using its profile menu. Complete the destination’s identity checks and any required account setup.
Before you start
Your first useful task
- Choose the account invited to the home.
- Select the correct home and inspect the devices shown.
- Use the mobile app when the needed setup or control is unavailable on the web.
A practical way to use Google Home
Give devices clear names and keep home membership current. This makes it easier to choose the right camera or control and reduces confusion when people belong to more than one home.
Troubleshooting
A device visible in the mobile app is missing online.
Check the account and selected home first, then review whether the device and feature are supported on the web.
Common questions
Can the web interface perform every mobile-app action?
No. Web and mobile capabilities differ. Use the supported interface for the specific device and task.
Why does the direct link still ask me to sign in?
The shortcut reaches the application entry point. It cannot carry your Google session between browsers, grant permissions, or bypass verification. Follow the sign-in instructions on the destination service.
Do I need an account with The Login Link?
No. This directory does not require registration. The Open button takes you to the service; any account credentials are entered there.
